How It Works

From pantry to party in 5 steps

Step 1: Build your library

Build out your ingredient, sauce and pizza collections. For each pizza, add a description and a photo, select its sauce and ingredients, and don't forget prep instructions.

  • Photos, descriptions, and cook instructions on every pizza
  • Reusable ingredients and sauces with prep notes
  • Import straight from your phone notes or photos

Step 2: Create a party

Set a date, pick the pizzas you'll offer, and specify your dough type. The app turns it into a command center with status, an order tally, and an exact dough schedule timed to your start.

  • Customize the menu appearance
  • Specify preferment and proof times
  • Track guest orders and the pizza lineup for the party
  • Open and close ordering whenever you want

Step 3: Share the menu

Once ready, send the shareable link to your friends. They open it on their phones and pick their favorites. Their picks roll straight into your pizza queue.

  • Shareable link, nothing for guests to install
  • Interactive menu means easy filtering
  • Optional tip jar so friends can chip in

Step 4: Shop and prep

The app provides a shopping list with quantities and a prep board with instructions based on everyone's selections. Check things off on your phone at the store, then again at the prep counter.

  • Grocery list with quantities
  • Prep board for the ingredients
  • Dough schedule, including preferment proofing
  • Add your own ad-hoc items

Step 5: Cook Like a Pro

On party day, pull up the cook view. Every pizza's ingredients and assembly steps are one tap away while your hands are full. Track what's done, and what's up next. No juggling recipe cards or searching through notes.

  • Every pizza's recipe surfaced when you need it
  • See what's done, in the oven, and up next
  • Built for messy-handed phone use

The Story

A pizzaiolo's weekend project

It started with a guy and his home pizza oven. Every get-together meant the same routine: recipes scattered in a notes app, endless back-and-forth texts, hand-built grocery lists, and scribbled prep notes, all before even firing up the oven.

Then one weekend, inspiration struck. What if all of this could just... work? What began as a fun weekend project built for one pizza-obsessed nerd became PizzaParty.menu. Is it overkill? Sure. But does it make things effortless? Hell yeah!
